Leonardo Mirror Terms of Use

1. Scope
These terms set out the conditions for using Leonardo Mirror (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
2. Licence
The developer grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app for personal purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell the app.
3. Rights in the included artworks
Of the painting images bundled with the app, every artwork currently included is public domain or CC0 (a waiver of copyright). The artist, collection, licence and source URL for each artwork can be checked from the artwork information inside the app.
If an artwork whose licence requires attribution is added in future, the credit will be displayed inside the app and on shared images. In that case, you must not remove or alter that credit. Note also that the treatment of rights in a photographic reproduction of a painting varies by country. If you use an artwork image outside this app, it is your responsibility to check that artwork’s licence terms.
4. Images you create
You are free to share the mirrored images you make with the app, including posting them on social media. For any artwork that carries the credit described in the previous section, that obligation continues to apply after sharing.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided as is. The developer does not warrant that the app is fit for any particular purpose or free of defects, and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, accepts no liability for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
6. Changes to and discontinuation of the service
The developer may change the contents of the app, or discontinue providing it, without prior notice.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning the app, the Kyoto District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
