For bug reports, including your device model, iOS version, the artwork name, and the axis and colour look at the time makes it much faster to reproduce.
Frequently asked questions
No face appears.
The result changes completely with the position of the axis. First move the axis slowly from one edge to the other. If nothing appears, swap which side is kept — right half versus left half. The same painting produces something entirely different.
It will not connect to the internet.
The network is only needed for “import an image from a URL” and “download additional paintings” (both Pro). The included artworks and any additional paintings you have downloaded are on your device, so browsing, folding, colour looks, saving and sharing all work in airplane mode.
The colours look wrong.
There are 11 colour looks. Four of them reproduce how colour-vision differences see the image, so they change the colours on purpose. Choose “Original” to return to the true colours.
My saved views disappeared.
Deleting the app deletes the saved views with it. Your saved views are never sent off the device, so there is no copy in the cloud.
